Christopher Seagrim (1930-2017)
It is with great sadness that we report the death of Christopher Seagrim, the Founder’s Father. BreatheOn would never have come into being in 2004 without Christopher’s generosity. It was his £100 which enabled its registration and the launch, under the auspices of David Cameron MP, at the House of Commons later that year.
Later, Christopher became Chairman, but his support and wisdom continued from BreatheOn’s inception right up to his death. It was by his wish that the Collection from his funeral service was donated to BreatheOn, and for that, in addition to everything else, he is owed enormous gratitude.
BreatheOn will continue to advocate and support the families of children who require technology to breathe, as a legacy to this remarkable, generous man.
