St James' Place Foundation
We are indebted to St James' Place Foundation for their huge support of our Parents' Pack Information Booklets. They provided all the funding needed to write, correlate and produce these two very important publications. To download either of the bookets click here.
Aztech Systems & Jim Hannigan (MD)
Breathe On UK has been able to achieve continued and high profile listing, due to Jim Hannigan's webiste design. The prominent listing position achieved in Google and the ease of access for the new families has been very positive. This has without doubt extended the knowlege base for all our families, carers, professionals and all concerned in the care of both Long Term Ventilated and Technology Dependent young people. As Breathe On UK now prepares to self manage its own site we would like to recomend Aztech's services to all third sector organisations.
Bob Walter MP North Dorset
Without intervention from Bob and his team, Breathe On Uk would not have achieved such a profiled venue for The national Launch of The Parent's Pack 2009. Prior to this the charity was supported by our MP in negotiating with our communications service provider and after considerable effort on his part a discount of the utility bill was achieved.
RiverHouse Production Company
Colin Webb and all his staff enabled the first promotional DVD to be produced for The National Launch at The House of Commons 2004.
Blackmore Vale Publications
The editorial achieved with the continued support of Emma (Editor) and all her staff has achieved prominence and has largely extended the knowlege of the organisation.
Vale FM
Through their invalauble support through their action line, the charity was not only able to source a local Find A Family but also their continued editorial team who have followed our progress with regular items on regional news have enabled the organisation to reach a wider local audience.
Nelson's Ale House
Breathe On Uk would like to thank Paul Lavery, Jodie & Paul Harrison and the brewery for their invaluable support and to say that without doubt their consistent support has enabled the organisation to survive.
Blandford Lions
The Blandford Lions Rugby club have been incredibly supportive of Breathe On UK's endeavours and have been amazing in their fundraising efforts. We wish them every success on the playing field during the 2009-2010 season!
Marnhull Pharmacy
Thank you to David who constantly keeps Breathe On UK updated on current medical trends and conditions. His imput is so important and we are very grateful for his support.
Personal Vote of Thanks from CEO
Breathe On Uk would like to offer a message of thanks to the following individuals who have all worked tirelessly for the cause and for their continued support. The names are as follows:
TP Townsend (Co Founder) all the staff & trustees with particular reference to
- Marion Lowe (Family Support Officer)
- Karen Rose (Utility Manager) - entirely responsible for the charity massively reducing their administration costs by enlsiting Utility Warehouse
- Simon Legg (REACH Accountant)
- Dr Claus Newman (Chairman from 2004-09) whose inspiration is now becoming a reality
- Our Medical Director Professor Peter Fleming
The BBC Points West Team and in particular Matthew Hill (Health Correspondent) and Maggie Matthews who are currently working with The CEO on a major media concept
Second lastly I would like to pay tribute to Clare Butler (PA) who has led to doors being opened within the nursing framework and without her patience and professionalism the charity's administration would be a minefield.
Lastly Zim (David Johnson) who with Clare will oversee the new self managed website.
